Italy-Tuscany (June, 1999)
We arrived in Zurich and went for a bike ride along the lake. The next day we took the train to Kandersteg and stayed at the Ruedihus. We went for a hike around the lake in the snow.
We then took the train to Wengen, passing through Spiez on the way. We stayed at the Belvedere which had a fantastic view from the balcony. We took the cog-train up to Klein Sheiddeg and hiked to Grindelwald. It was very open land; we felt we were on the set for The Sound Of Music. We also took a mountain bike ride where Martha fell. But I've learned alot since then!
